In a secluded house in Detroit, The Blind Man (Stephen Lang) lives quietly with Phoenix (Madelyn Grace), a young girl he has taken in and raised. When intruders arrive searching for her, he must defend both the house and the child he has come to protect. Rodo Sayagues traps the action in narrow rooms and hallways where blindness becomes an advantage, building pressure through sound and movement until escape seems impossible.
