Don't Grieve!

Benjamin Glonti (Vakhtang Kikabidze), the town doctor, spends his days treating the poor for nothing and his evenings with friends who love him, which is why his bank account stays empty. He is in love with Manette, whose father calls her his small capital and watches her like a ledger until a marriage contract is signed. Georgiy Daneliya sets the courtship in a small Georgian town of neighbors and gossip, and the two of them keep finding ways to be near each other.
