Dora and the Lost City of Gold

“Explorer is her middle name.”

Dora (Isabela Merced) has spent her childhood in the jungle with her explorer parents, and what she wants is to find Paititi, the lost Inca city of gold. Then she is sent to high school, where her cousin Diego (Jeff Wahlberg) is embarrassed by her and her best friend is a monkey named Boots. James Bobin sets her loose with a ragtag group of teens, and the movie is about trusting your own odd way of seeing the world.
