Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops

Doraemon (Nobuyo Oyama) and Nobita (Noriko Ohara) set out to build the perfect toy robot, a project that starts as a pastime. Tsutomu Shibayama follows them as the robot they make turns out to be stranger and more unsettling than the plaything they pictured. Under the giant-robot spectacle, the film is about a child's wish to make a thing and the weight of what he has made.
