Doraemon: Nobita's Great Adventure in the South Seas
Nobita (Noriko Ohara) talks Doraemon (Nobuyo Oyama), Shizuka, Suneo and Gian into a treasure hunt, and an eerie event sends the whole group back into the past. Tsutomu Shibayama directs the 1998 adventure, the first Doraemon film made after Fujiko F. Fujio's death, and the friends soon find pirates standing between them and the treasure. Under the gadgets and the chasing, it is a story about a small, bickering group getting through a hard place by staying together.
