Dorothy Mills

“Evil chose her”

Jane Van Dopp (Carice van Houten) is a psychiatrist who wants to understand the case she has been sent to examine, a teenage girl accused of assaulting an infant. The island's God-fearing villagers want no outsider asking questions, and they make that plain. Agnès Merlet puts Jane across a table from Dorothy Mills (Jenn Murray), a girl whose voice and manner seem to shift between one answer and the next.
