“Power. Justice. Darkness. Light.”

Jimmy Lee (Mark Dacascos) and his younger brother Billy (Scott Wolf) are martial artists who hold one half of an ancient Chinese talisman. The other half belongs to Kongo Shuko (Robert Patrick), a gang leader who wants both pieces joined so he can have absolute power, and the brothers are the only thing standing between him and the whole medallion. James Yukich directs it as a live-action cartoon, built from the video game series.
