In 1922, a country doctor named Jack Jackson (Harold Lloyd) sees patients for whatever they can pay. Then he is called to the case of the Sick-Little-Well-Girl (Mildred Davis), whom Dr. Saulsbourg has treated for years while his sanitarium grows rich. Sam Taylor and Fred C. Newmeyer put Lloyd in his round glasses and straw boater, and a silent crowd pleaser needs nothing more than that.
