Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam

“Hold on to your brain!”

Someone is trying to wreck the world's financial systems so the global economy collapses and populations everywhere panic. The man behind it is Dr. Otto VonSchnick (Jim Varney), one of six characters Varney plays here, Ernest P. Worrell among them. John Cherry sends Lance Sterling (Myke R. Mueller), who has no idea how much is riding on him, after Otto, and the planet is the prize.
