“Honor. Perseverance. Dedication. The courage to do what is right.”

Son Goku Jr. is the great-great-grandson of the legendary fighter, but he is no brave Saiyan, and the school bullies pick on him every day. His grandmother Pan (Yuko Minaguchi) worries about him and loves him anyway, so when she falls sick he remembers the old stories of the Dragon Balls. Osamu Kasai's special follows the boy's search for a wish, and the whole of it rests on how much a gentle kid will risk for his grandmother.
