“Be there when a hero becomes a god.”

Majin Buu is beaten, Earth is at peace, and Bulma Briefs (Hiromi Tsuru) is throwing a party when Beerus (Koichi Yamadera), a God of Destruction, wakes from a long sleep. He is looking for the Saiyan who defeated Frieza, and his attendant Whis (Masakazu Morita) follows along. Masahiro Hosoda directs the first Dragon Ball film in seventeen years, with Goku (Masako Nozawa) facing a power no one on Earth can match, and the question underneath is how far strength can go.
