“The worst wish in history, that is the beginning of despair.”

On an ordinary day on Earth, two soldiers from Frieza's old army, Sorbet and Tagoma, show up hunting for the Dragon Balls. They get what they came for, and Frieza (Ryusei Nakao) is brought back, his mind set on the Saiyans. Tadayoshi Yamamuro's film puts Goku (Masako Nozawa) and Vegeta (Ryo Horikawa) in his path, with the Earth they live on standing right behind them.
