Dragon Eyes

Mr. Hong (Cung Le) comes to the rundown neighborhood of St. Jude and finds two gangs at war, both quietly steered by corrupt cops who profit from the bloodshed. John Hyams directs a story that also features Tiano (Jean-Claude Van Damme), an older fighter who knows the streets, and Mr. V (Peter Weller), a figure with a hand in the violence. Hong has the skill to take on the whole block, and he has to decide who in this broken place is worth trusting.
