Dragonslayer

“In the Dark Ages, Magic was a weapon. Love was a mystery. Adventure was everywhere...And Dragons were real.”

Galen (Peter MacNicol) is a young sorcerer's apprentice in a medieval kingdom, and when his master Ulrich (Ralph Richardson) is called on to kill the dragon Vermithrax Pejorative, the job lands on him. The king made a pact with the beast to protect his people, and it demands a young woman as a sacrifice. Matthew Robbins keeps Galen close to Valerian (Caitlin Clarke), who has her own reasons to be near the dragon's lair.
