Dreams That Money Can Buy

Joe (Jack Bittner) is an ordinary man who finds he can see into other people's dreams, so he sets up an office and sells them to customers who want their lives improved. Hans Richter, who came out of the dadaist and constructivist movements, hands each dream to a different modernist artist, among them Max Ernst, Marcel Duchamp and Fernand Léger. Between visits Joe goes on filling orders, a plain-faced man holding the doorway to everyone else's imagination.
