Drop Dead Gorgeous

Paula (Glória Pires) is a famous plastic surgeon who tests her own cellulite formula on herself and dies soon after. A medium brings her back to Earth, where she has to keep her greedy ex-partner from selling the dangerous product. Cris D'amato plays the afterlife as a workplace problem, and what the film says plainly is that vanity can cost a person everything.
