Drumline

“Half time is game time.”

Devon Miles (Nick Cannon) is a street drummer from Harlem who can play anything put in front of him. He lands a spot at Atlanta A&T University, sure his talent will make him the star of its marching band drumline. Charles Stone III follows him through a first season where his cockiness clashes with section leader Sean Taylor (Leonard Roberts), and the band's director, Dr. Lee (Orlando Jones), has little patience for solo acts.
