Earth Girls Are Easy

“Valerie's about to discover how far a girl has to go to find Mr. Right.”

Three furry aliens have landed their spaceship in the swimming pool behind Valerie Gail's house in the San Fernando Valley. Valerie (Geena Davis) takes them to her friend's salon, where a shave reveals Mac (Jeff Goldblum) and his crewmates under all that fur. Julien Temple fills the film with songs and bright color, but what carries it is Valerie and Mac, a woman and a visitor learning each other from scratch.
