Eddie and the Cruisers

Frank Ridgeway (Tom Berenger), once the keyboard player for a New Jersey band, wants the truth about Eddie Wilson (Michael Paré), the singer who vanished after their unreleased album was recorded. A television reporter has started asking about the missing master tapes. Martin Davidson builds the film around that search, and it comes down to what a group of people owe a dead friend's music.
