“Let the squashing begin!”

Chris McCormick (David Arquette) is a mining engineer who has come home to a small Arizona town, only to find a chemical spill has swollen the local spiders to the size of SUVs. He ends up beside Sheriff Samantha Parker (Kari Wührer), her kids, and Harlan (Doug E. Doug), a radio host who saw the trouble coming. Ellory Elkayem plays the siege as a drive-in picture, a small town reminded that the things it ignores can grow.
