El Infierno

“Mexico 2010, Hell... nothing to celebrate”

Benjamín García (Damián Alcázar), called El Benny, is put on a bus back to Mexico after twenty years away and finds his hometown run by a drug cartel. With no money and no other work, he takes a job with the gang, falling in with the swaggering El Cochiloco (Joaquín Cosío). Luis Estrada plays the violence for black comedy, though every payday leaves Benny deeper inside an outfit that can only be quit by dying.
