Elf

“Discover your inner elf.”

Buddy (Will Ferrell) is a human raised by elves at the North Pole who believes he is one of them. When he learns the truth about his origins, he travels to New York City to find his biological father, Walter (James Caan), a cynical toy executive who has no idea Buddy exists. Favreau wraps the whole thing in bright primary colors and lets Buddy's genuine wonder at the world carry the film.
