Elles

“The world's oldest profession still has its secrets.”

Anne (Juliette Binoche) is a Paris journalist for French Elle, juggling a husband, two sons and a deadline for an article on students who sell sex to pay their tuition. Małgorzata Szumowska has her interview two young women, Charlotte (Anaïs Demoustier) and Alicja (Joanna Kulig), while Anne's husband Patrick (Louis-Do de Lencquesaing) waits on a dinner guest at home. The more they tell her, the harder Anne finds it to keep her own life out of the questions.
