Elvira: Mistress of the Dark

“Elvira makes her Big Scream Debut in her Hot New Comedy.”

Elvira (Cassandra Peterson) is a horror hostess in a black gown and a towering wig, and she has just inherited a house in Fallwell, Massachusetts. The conservative locals want nothing to do with her, and her uncle Vincent (William Morgan Sheppard) wants even less. James Signorelli sets the two against each other, a woman who walks into every room as if it were a stage and a small town that will not applaud.
