Emma.

“Love knows best.”

Emma Woodhouse (Anya Taylor-Joy) is young, rich and clever, and she has decided that her friend Harriet Smith (Mia Goth) needs a husband, with Mr. Elton (Josh O'Connor) as the man she has in mind. Autumn de Wilde follows her matchmaking through the Regency countryside, and George Knightley (Johnny Flynn) is the one person who tells her plainly that she is wrong. Emma goes on arranging other people's lives, certain she knows what is best for everyone around her.
