Empire Records

“They're selling music but not selling out.”

Empire Records is an independent music store, and the staff treat it like a second home, which is why word that a large chain wants to absorb it hits them all at once. Corey Mason (Liv Tyler), Gina (Renée Zellweger), A.J. (Johnny Whitworth) and Debra (Robin Tunney) each carry their own troubles behind the counter. Allan Moyle fills the shop with the whole crew at once, the shelves and the counter crowded with them.
