“A future world where violence explodes in duels to the death...”

A telepathic mutant named Lilith (Laura Gemser) is looking for someone who can get her people out alive, and the man she picks is a fighter from a televised game show in the ruins left by World War III. Ron Shannon (Al Cliver) is good at winning other people's deadly games, and Joe D'Amato, working under the name Steven Benson, sends him into a harder one. Ron has only ever fought for the cameras, and now he has to lead a band of mutants to safety.
