Enter the Devil

“Ravished! Violated! Possessed by Satan!”

Danila (Stella Carnacina), an art student, buys a life-size wooden sculpture of the crucifixion out of an abandoned church. Soon she is seeing herself nailed to a cross, and the figure begins to move toward her, with Ivan Rassimov playing Satan. Mario Gariazzo keeps the carved Christ in the room with her, its wooden limbs and lowered head waiting.
