Equals

A sickness is spreading through a society built to feel nothing, and it has a name: Switched-On Syndrome, a disease the workers are taught to fear. Silas (Nicholas Hoult) and Nia (Kristen Stewart) both notice it in themselves, and Drake Doremus keeps their meetings quiet and hidden. Here, a feeling is treated as an illness, and the story is about what people will risk to keep one.
