Ernest Rides Again

“He's back...and history will never be the same!”

Ernest P. Worrell (Jim Varney) is a good-hearted bumbler who has never once managed to stay out of his own way. When he and his dimwitted friend Abner (Ron James) dig up a huge old cannon, word spreads that it holds the crown jewels of England. John Cherry sends them off with the cannon and a history professor (Tom Butler) as people with worse intentions start closing in, and Ernest has to look after a cannon full of jewels far too valuable for him.
