Escape from L.A.

“Snake is back.”

Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) is the same eye-patched outlaw as before, and in 2013 he is sent into Los Angeles, now cut off from the mainland after a 9.6 earthquake. His job is to cross the ruined city and bring back a doomsday device. John Carpenter puts him among Malloy (Stacy Keach), Eddie (Steve Buscemi) and Utopia (A. J. Langer), none of whom trust him and none of whom he trusts.
