“Caught in a world where they don't belong... they have one chance to escape!”

Tia and Tony Malone (Kim Richards and Ike Eisenmann) are orphans who can do things no other children can, and they have no idea why. A man named Lucas Deranian (Donald Pleasence) arrives claiming to be their uncle, though he really works for the wealthy Aristotle Bolt (Ray Milland), who wants to use them. John Hough follows the pair on the run, where Jason O'Day (Eddie Albert), a widower with little patience for anyone, ends up as their reluctant companion.
