Escape to Witch Mountain

Anna (Elisabeth Moss) and her brother Danny (Erik von Detten) are orphaned twins who want to know where they came from, and the only clues they have are the strange abilities they share. Edward Bolt (Robert Vaughn), a tycoon who sees those abilities as a resource to exploit, is working to get to them before they can find any answers. Peter Rader, who also wrote the film, keeps the adventure aimed at a family audience.
