Eva Doesn't Sleep

Eva Perón has been dead three years, her body embalmed for the public to see, when a military coup drives Juan Perón out of Argentina and leaves her corpse behind. The junta seizes it and bans her name from being spoken, and Pablo Agüero follows Colonel Koenig (Denis Lavant) and Massera (Gael García Bernal) as they carry it from place to place. The generals fear the body more than any living opponent, and no one knows where it ends up.
