Everybody's Famous!

Jean Vereecken (Josse De Pauw) is a factory worker who writes songs nobody has heard, and he is sure his teenage daughter Marva (Eva van der Gucht) can finally make them heard. Dominique Deruddere follows the two of them through awkward singing contests, then through Jean's firing and his grab at the country's most famous pop star. Under the jokes sits a plain, aching question of who gets to be heard, and what a man will risk for it.
