“Frank's travelling light but carrying excess baggage.”

Frank Goode (Robert De Niro) has stocked the house for a reunion with his four grown children, and then each of them cancels. Against his doctor's advice, he sets out to visit them one by one, with Rosie (Drew Barrymore) and Amy (Kate Beckinsale) among the stops. Kirk Jones follows a widower who still has the kitchen and the table, and who hasn't stopped waiting for them to fill it.
