Everybody's Woman

A married teacher kills himself after telling Gabriella Murge (Isa Miranda) he cannot live without her, and the school expels her for it, though she did nothing. Branded for a death she did not cause, she takes the name Gaby Doriot and leaves to make a life elsewhere. Max Ophüls, in the one film he shot in Italy, follows her with a camera that never stops moving.
