Exorcist II: The Heretic

“It's four years later... What does she remember?”

Four years after her exorcism, sixteen-year-old Regan MacNeil (Linda Blair) is still recovering and still dreaming badly. Father Philip Lamont (Richard Burton), a Vatican investigator, is sent to learn what happened to Father Merrin (Max von Sydow), while the research specialist Dr. Gene Tuskin (Louise Fletcher) treats Regan. John Boorman sets faith against science and puts both in the same room with a girl who may not be finished with the thing that held her.
