Eye of the Beholder

“Obsession is in the eye of the beholder.”

In 1999, a surveillance expert known only as the Eye (Ewan McGregor) is assigned to watch a blackmailer who may also be a serial killer. He tails Joanna Eris (Ashley Judd), and the job slowly turns into a fixation on her. Stephan Elliott builds the film as a thriller with touches of magical realism, so what the Eye sees and what he imagines blur as the case drags on.
