“First love will haunt you.”

Bastien (Joseph Engel), a shy 13-year-old from Paris, is spending the summer in Quebec and wants, more than anything, to be taken seriously by someone older. That someone is Chloé (Sara Montpetit), sixteen, the daughter of his mother's friend Louise, who lets him tag along. Charlotte Le Bon adapts Bastien Vivès's graphic novel, and what grows between the two of them is not quite friendship and not yet anything else.
