Falcon Rising

John "Falcon" Chapman (Michael Jai White), an ex-marine living in the slums of Brazil, wants to find the yakuza crew who attacked his sister and left her for dead. Ernie Barbarash sends him through the favelas and city streets, where Manny Ridley (Neal McDonough) and Carlo Bororo (Lateef Crowder) are part of the world he has to cut through. Guilt drives Chapman, and the film treats it as a force that will destroy him unless he has a target.
