Falling for Figaro

“To find your voice, sing from the heart.”

Millie Cantwell (Danielle Macdonald) quits her job as a fund manager, leaves her long-term boyfriend, and heads for the Scottish Highlands to train as an opera singer. Ben Lewin sets her in a singing competition under the exacting Meghan Geoffrey-Bishop (Joanna Lumley), with Max Thistlewaite (Hugh Skinner) among the rivals. Underneath is a plain question of whether a person gets to start over on what they have always wanted.
