In 2015, fifteen-year-old Telulah Farrow (Kiernan Shipka) has one final film project to finish and two things she loves: making movies and the pop punk band All Time Low. She decides to put them together, with her mother Mary (Meg Ryan) and her friend Jamie (Kara Hayward) pulled along. Paul Jarrett directs it as a teen comedy, with the band playing themselves.
