It is a Polish high school, and Tosiek (Alin Szewczyk) is a student trying to work out who he is and how much of it to say out loud. Leon (Jan Cięciara), a classmate, is the one he ends up drawn to, and Marta Karwowska, adapting Natalia Osińska's novel, follows the two as the connection between them deepens. Tosiek has to decide what he is willing to show, and to whom.
