Fat Albert

“Hey! Hey! Hey!”

Doris Robertson (Kyla Pratt) is a lonely teenager who cries in front of her TV, and her tears pull Fat Albert (Kenan Thompson) out of the cartoon junkyard and into her living room. Joel Zwick sends him and his friends into a Philadelphia high school where Albert sets out to get Doris a seat at the popular table. The film's idea is a plain one: a kind, big-hearted kid from a cartoon can show a lonely girl that she is already worth knowing.
