Why would a nursing home throw out an 85-year-old man? The film begins with Don Servando (Héctor Bonilla), a bitter, old-fashioned widower with nowhere to go but his son's place. Fran (Benny Ibarra) lives there with his friends, and Raúl Martínez crowds them all into one household. Don Servando sits in the middle of it, arms folded, in the home that was never meant for him.
