Fatherland
Berlin, 1964, in a world where Germany won the war and Hitler is preparing to talk peace with the American president. SS-Sturmbannführer Xavier March (Rutger Hauer), a homicide detective, starts looking into a string of deaths that point to a crime the regime has buried. Christopher Menaul pairs him with Charlie Maguire (Miranda Richardson), an American journalist, and the two begin as wary strangers and end up each other's only safe ground.
