FDR: American Badass!

FDR (Barry Bostwick) is the president of the United States, a man in a wheelchair who happens to know what really gave him polio: werewolves. Garrett Brawith sends him through World War II beside his aide Louis (Bruce McGill), with Eleanor Roosevelt (Lin Shaye) and Douglas MacArthur (Ray Wise) close by, in a wheelchair built for killing. The Axis leaders are werewolves too, and the film plays all of it as a straight-faced war story.
