“Your First Impulse Your Last Sensation”

Cayce Bridges (Ally Sheedy) wants to be useful to the police who call on her. As a psychic, she can link her mind to a killer's and feel what he feels, which gives detectives a way into cases that have gone cold. Rockne S. O'Bannon sets her on the trail of a new murderer who shares her gift, and she finds that he wants her to feel the terror of every victim.
