Fear Street: 1994

“Face the evil.”

Deena (Kiana Madeira) just wants to hold onto Samantha (Olivia Scott Welch), the girl she loves, who has left their town of Shadyside for a better one. Then a string of brutal slayings begins, and Deena, her brother Josh (Benjamin Flores Jr.), and their friends start to suspect a force that has plagued the notorious town for centuries. Leigh Janiak builds it as a 1990s slasher, tightly wound and anxious, and keeps the dread running through the night.
